The 5 Principles for Change
In other words .. Increasing Revenue and Profits

1. Purpose:
This principle of Purpose is for the leadership, it gets you to a place of clarity. This step specifies the end result or the sake for which we do everything else. It creates the foundation all the other steps will follow.

2. Profitability:
The principle of Profitability helps you understand the level of financial growth and success you want to create within your enterprise. How big do you want this to get? How much money do you want to make? How much profit do you want to make? What are your benchmarks of success?

3. Process:
Now that you have the ?Why? from the principle of Purpose and you know how "Big" you want this to get from the principle of Profitability. You can begin to create the "Hows" - the strategy and the processes to make it happen. Remember the "Form" should always follow the "Function".

4. People:
This principle works at all levels, from the executive and leadership teams to every employee of the company. If your people are not operating a peak performance levels and if they are not empowered to be creative and innovative in what they do, your market will redefine your business model for you. This principle helps you brings out the best in your people, it empowers them to access their creative genius. It enables people to be in their "Zone" of excellence and creates the space for great things to happen.

5. Practical Leadership:
My favorite principle! It allows the organization to mature into an entity that is sensitive to all involved. There are several communities of people that interact within an organization. Every organization needs to be filled with Leaders at every level. With an increased sense of practical leadership, employees will start to make business decisions that positively influence the bottom line. With this attitude come untold benefits of loyalty, support and commitment from employees, customers, partners and vendors.
