Maximize the Potential of Your Mailing List

I have been working with a few companies recently – one of them has annual revenues of $5M, the other about $11M and a few others have just started and have less than $250K in revenue. I have noticed a trend! The trend is this. All of them are leaving money on the table, by NOT working their customer list, their mailing list, their contact list to the extent possible. Call it want you want – you have to reach out and touch your people on a regular basis and with “Strategic intent” this is key.
Please think about this – your space of possibility to act is directly related to the “People” you know. Call them customers, prospects, target markets, clients, consumers … I do not care. There is always only a subset of people on the planet that you can help – please let them know you have their best interest at heart and are available to help them.
