Tip # 16 – Know your customers … the people

It’s always about the people – every deal, every transaction, every event happens between PEOPLE.

Since everything always happens with people, there are a couple things you can do to be effective in the market place.

1. Make sure you have the right people with you on your team.
2. Know your customers well. Know them as people.
3. Develop your people skills
4. Work on your creativity – always be improving
5. Work on your sense of innovation – your competition is

From a sense of grounding ALL your activity for the sake of growing your business – may I suggest that also assess how the market is changing from your customer’s perspective. This will be help you begin to understand what is important to them. Ultimately, your offers will only be accepted if you can help your customers solve some of their problems.

Know your customers well and help them … person to person.
